Original 29-page soft bound book with authors dedication and signature on the cover.  The exterior has some shelfware and chips.  The binding appears to have no bending and is all intact. The author apparently made a small correction to the text on page 29. There is a very, very small "withdrawn" stamp, but no signs of it ever being in a library.  See photos. Very clean and beautiful book.
